I am a proud graduate of Marshall University's W. Page Pitt School of Journalism and Mass Communications, where I received my Bachelor's degree in Electronic Media Management. 

I was fortunate to be born into an artistic family, and my most devoted outlet for creativity developed in high school, when I began volunteering for Jefferson County's newborn television station, JCS Television.  I learned the basics of camera work, video editing, and general production while working with a team of fellow students.  My experiences with JCS Television fueled my interest in video production, and I soon found myself at Marshall University, honing my passion for videography and generating a broad interest in mass communications and entertainment.  

The highlight of my college experience was my participation in Marshall's first student produced late-night talk show, "Up-Late," which I helped create.  I have assisted in all areas of production for two full seasons of "Up-Late," which also became the first student produced program to move from local television, to the 65th US media market, which includes 56 counties in West Virginia, Kentucky, and Ohio.

Fortunately, my extracurricular interests have paralleled my collegiate area of focus.  In my free time I'm usually attempting to produce comedic videos for online broadcast, including parodies, "mock-umentaries," and experimental video, or I'm taking photographs.  The inherent benefit of online broadcast is the honest feedback I receive from viewers.  I'm currently nearing 80,000 cumulative views and 50 channel subscribers on my YouTube channel!  

Overall, I find it very challenging to present my personality in words alone, but I am confident in my capabilities, creativity, devotion, and ambition in the field of electronic media. 

I am extremely thankful for what my life has brought, and I sincerely hope to use my skills to make a positive impact on our world, and to continue trying to bring smiles to as many faces as possible.
