I was happy with the old exhaust but after my inspection sticker died I couldn't get anybody to give me a new one with it. They didn't care to much about the missing cat but didn't like the exhaust coming out right behind my door. After driving around for 6 months on a dead sticker I decided to do something about it so I bought a 3 inch system from FWDperformance.com. For the price you really can't beat it.
Here is were it is wielded to the old 2 1/2 inch downpipe.
Still no cat.
I ended up going with a Moroso spiral flow muffler just to keep it a little quiet.
Looking good. I had an exhaust shop put this one on and they didn't seem to have any problems with it. Everything fit really well. I really didn't pick up any performance with this upgrade since the old exhaust flowed pretty well but I did pass inspection.
