Exhaust

Stock the van had 2 1/2 inch exhaust from the turbo to the input of the muffler. From the muffler back it had 1 7/8 and at somepoint the tail pipe had been replace and was crimp bent further reducing flow. I cut off the exhaust right before the cat, it was shot, and ran 2 1/2 pipe to the muffler. Out of the muffler I used a 90 degree mandrel bend and another peice of 2 1/2 pipe and came straight out behind my door. Its hanging a little low in these pics but I have since fixed it.

Nice little shot of my Warlock Muffler. Its not the highest flowing muffler (Gus's muffler test) but it does okay and remain fairly quite. This is a minivan and I still want to be able to carry people and not have to yell to hear them. Plus if I need a little extra power its only three wingnuts away. The paint they used on it isn't holding up very well. I took those pics probably less than a week after installing it and the paint was already flaking off. It looks a lot worse now. I'd suggest repainting it before installing it if you ever get one.

Well atleast the floors aren't rusty.

May not be pretty but it sounds good and flows a lot more than stock. You can really hear that turbo spooling up now too.
